Job Summary

Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium Suites Dessert Cart Runner/Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, youll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.

Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products.
Deliver and serve food and beverages; ensure correct placement of dishes and quality meets Levy Core Signature standard.
Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff.
Prep dessert including stocking inventory, prepares suite platters, ensure cleanliness of cart and prep area, pulling product needed, making candy bags and other preparation duties.
Manage dessert cart sales for each suite, utilizing upselling techniques to meet sales goals.
Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen; ensure accuracy and presentation adheres to Levy Core Signature standards.
Deliver food orders to Suites accurately, promptly, and ensure timely service to guests.
Prepare guest checks, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions; adhere to Levy Cash Handling Policy.
Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated according to standards, following food safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food running station and service areas.
Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, reconciliation, daily and monthly inventory.
Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.

Physical demands:

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
