Resource's typical working day:
This position will be mainly outdoors taking care of lawn and grounds maintenance. Outdoor maintenance of the building is also a large part of this role.
" Maintain landscapes by watering, pruning, fertilizing, planting, and weeding
" Troubleshoot irrigation systems
" Perform landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding
" Maintain records of materials and equipment used
" Remove debris and trash
" Maintain and replace exterior signage
" Maintain and paint curb, bollards and other exterior areas as needed.
" Landscaping and painting
" Candidate should be comfortable with basic lawn care tools
" Valve replacement
" Irrigation repair
Must Have Skills:
" Excellent understanding of landscaping principles and practices
" Knowledge of plant and soil types and characteristics
" Knowledge of irrigation systems
" Knowledge of gardening tools and equipment
" Ability to communicate effectively with clients
" Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations required
Education
High School Diploma or GED
