Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days on-site/ 2 days remote

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer with 6-8 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Development and associated technologies for our client, a major financial services corporation in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that support key business processes, driving the development of integration, customization, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion Development:

Design, develop, and implement solutions in Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle Cloud platforms.

Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, and other relevant technologies.

Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using Web Services, SOAP, and REST APIs.

Work on Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Cloud.

Technical Design & Implementation:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Provide end-to-end technical solutions, including creating design documents, performing configuration, and ensuring successful deployment.

Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and meet the needs of both current and future business processes.

Database Management & Reporting:

Utilize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and other database tools to manage and manipulate data within the Oracle ecosystem.

Create reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher and other reporting tools as needed.

Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Testing & Deployment:

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and robustness of developed solutions.

Participate in CI/CD pipelines, managing deployments to different Oracle environments.

Troubleshoot issues that arise in production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and other developers to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion applications, handling issues and upgrades as necessary.

Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion features and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

Required Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Development and associated technologies.

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Process Cloud.

Expertise in Oracle ADF, SOA, SOAP/REST APIs, and other middleware technologies.

Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle BI Publisher for data management and reporting.

Experience with integration and data migration between Oracle systems and third-party platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud applications such as Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, or Oracle Financials.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and best practices for continuous integration and deployment within Oracle environments.

Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques in Oracle Fusion and Middleware environments.

Understanding of Oracle WebLogic Server and JDeveloper tools.
