SUMMARY

The Human Resources Intern will support each function of the HR Department, including DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) initiatives, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll, Benefits, Associate Engagement, Compliance, and People Analytics/reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing job postings.
Contribute to employment branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
Support the integration process for a recently acquired organization, including benefits administration and total rewards alignment.
Lead a dedicated project to evaluate the impact of benefits and offerings on employee engagement and culture, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate on building a dashboard to track key people analytics metrics.
Assist in other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Junior or senior, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, who are eager to explore the operational side of HR.
