Role Overview:

We are looking for a Funding Coordinator to join our team at Paramount Financial Services. In this essential role, you will help execute and manage funding operations for equipment finance and merchant advances. As a key member of our team, you will support transaction documentation, compliance, and coordination efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient processing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and energetic for rapid success within our team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:
Reviewing, preparing, and processing of funding documentation for equipment finance and merchant advance transactions.
Transaction Coordination:
Support the end-to-end funding process, including managing documentation workflow, fraud checks, and funding requests from partners.
Compliance Support:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and assist with compliance-related tasks and documentation.
Customer and Partner Interaction:
Respond to inquiries from customers and partners, providing excellent support and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Reporting and Monitoring:
Generate and maintain funding and audit worksheets, assist with reporting, and monitor key metrics to support operational efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of existing documentation and funding processes.

Education & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
Prior experience in a funding or coordination role is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with equipment finance or merchant advances is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems and technologies.
