+ As a Specialist in Group Accounting (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of the international team at Bosch Building Technologies in North America, while also collaborating with colleagues in Europe.

+ You will serve as the primary point of contact for accounting matters related to IFRS and Local GAAP for our subsidiaries.

+ You will contribute to the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements.

+ You will be responsible for ensuring global accounting compliance by evaluating new business models in close cooperation with our tax department.

+ Additionally, you will lead the ongoing development of the accounting manual and the formulation of new accounting guidelines.

+ Your diverse responsibilities will also include active participation in M&A activities, rounding out your role.

*Qualifications*

*Basic Qualifications*

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, either in an international corporation or public accounting firm.

+ Strong understanding of accounting standards according to IFRS and Local GAAP.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ Analytical thinker with an independent working style. Assertive and able to take responsibility.

+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage interdisciplinary collaboration.

+ Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

*Preferred Qualifications*

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of professional experience in an international corporation or public accounting firm.

+ Experience working with Global Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPOs.

+ Previous involvement in M&A activities.

+ Familiarity with accounting software or IT systems related to financial reporting.

+ CPA or similar accounting certification preferred.

+ Prior experience working in interdisciplinary teams with international colleagues, especially across North America and Europe.

+ Knowledge of German language is a plus.
