BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team supporting clients in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. How Youll Make an Impact:
Monitor clients' conditions
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive pay ranges
Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time)
Days, Evening, Overnight, Weekday and Weekend schedules available

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:
A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state nursing license
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
