As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
You will handle a variety of student interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, always striving to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer support by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging in live chat sessions.
Listen attentively to students, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
Handle student complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate student records and update the database with relevant information.
Assist students in navigating our courses/services Collaborate closely with internal teams to address student concerns, relay feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution rates.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
