North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing integrative care in an inclusive culture. We treat some of the most vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North Country\'s mission. Lake Havasu Citywith a population of 57,000 sits on the border of California and is a true desert climate. Weekends are spent on the golf courses, boating, hiking, biking or exploring the nearby hills. You get the benefit of small town living with two larger cities, Las Vegas and Phoenix less than a 3-hour drive.

Attractive total compensation package ranging from \$195,500.00 to \$215,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.
Work life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules with generous paid time off package and minimal weekend and holidays required.

Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency
Be board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, (under-served populations)
