Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) processes, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with program requirements and government policies.

Oversee the review and validation of all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular quality audits of processes, deliverables, and systems to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and track corrective actions.

Create and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all program activities align with contractual standards and performance requirements.

Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor quality and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with operational and technical teams to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitate quality reviews, inspections, and testing for system changes, updates, and deliverables.

Manage the documentation and reporting of quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective action plans to program leadership.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards, integrating quality checks into vulnerability management, STIG updates, and RMF activities.

Oversee incident and problem management processes to ensure root-cause analysis and remediation meet quality standards.

Support training and awareness programs to promote a culture of quality across the program.

Provide regular updates and reports on quality performance to program leadership and stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active Secret clearance with SSBI

Active ITIL Foundations certification

Minimum of 12+ years of related QA experience

Bachelors degree in a related field
