Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS BY LEVEL:
Manage the lifecycle of knowledge and knowledge articles.

Responsible for developing and maintaining the knowledge artifacts of the practice.
Plans and prepares the technical data for knowledge articles.
Produces knowledge documentation, user manuals, training manuals, and other documentation utilized by the end-user community of DoD electronic equipment and systems.
Interprets engineering and maintenance drawings, operational procedures and to understand and blend large quantities of computer-related information.
Research highly technical subject matter, organizes information from multiple sources, and expresses technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers and inputs within the Knowledge Management Database.
Analyzes requirements, develops source material, consults engineering and technical staff and works with editors, illustrators and the like in preparing knowledge articles.
Ensures adherence to specifications and knowledge process.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
ITIL V4
IAT Level I
Microsoft Suite

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY LEVEL:
III: 6 - 9 Years

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
Sitting for long periods
Standing for long periods
Ambulate throughout an office
Ambulate between several buildings
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 25 pounds
Travel by land or air transportation 15 %
