Shift: 4x10's Tuesday-Friday 07:30-1800

Average Daily Census: 2-4+

Weekend REQ:YES

On Call REQ: Call 2 days per week 1. Every 3rd weekend Saturday and Sunday 24 hours

Floating REQ: Yes,Traveler may be asked to float to the surrounding outpatient clinics.

Blocked Scheduling: Unit manager will consider

Locals Accepted: Yes
Certs & License:
• ARRT (R) - Required
• MRTBE (AZ license 7-10 days to obtain)- Required
• BLS (American Heart Assoc. )- Required

RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval required.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.

Special Requirements:
• Work Setting Experience
Required: Outpatient
Preferred: Operating Room/ER/Childrens Hospital/NICU/PICU/Adult ICU
• General Skills & IR Experience
Required: Portables/C arm/Contrast/Biopsies/Ablations/Nephogram/Kyphoplasty/Peripherals/Venous Access/Hemo Dynamic Monitoring
Preferred: IV starts
