Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish
In office position - must commute to 3050 S. M L King Jr Way, Tucson, AZ 85713
Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
