JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer I - Semiconductor

SUMMARY: MSR-FSR is a global partner to the high-tech industry seeking an experience Field Service Engineer I to join our growing team. As a Field Service Engineer I you play a crucial role in supporting our clients and the ongoing functions of tools and equipment found in the semiconductor industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment

Troubleshoot equipment problems

Maintains records and reports as required

Coordinates activities with peers, supervisors, and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions

Orders and installs parts

Responds to emergency service calls as required

Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance

Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.

Positions vary from 10%-80% travel as needed to provide service for clients

Pay range: $21-$24/hour

Travel is paid for and arranged by MSR-FSR

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

HS Diploma or GED required

Customer service skills with strong communication skills

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience within fields associated with mechanical repair highly preferred
