Associate Director, Business Unit Marketing - Europe

The Associate Director, Business Unit Marketing will support the development and execution of Curia's marketing strategy for the Business Unit with clear objectives and tactics that drive revenue growth. The Associate Director will partner closely with Business Unit and Sales leaders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with stakeholder goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage Curia's strategic marketing plan for the Business Unit in partnership with business unit and sales leaders.
Oversee the adoption of sales enablement tools, such as CRM systems, to streamline processes and enhance productivity within the Account-Based Marketing/Selling approach
Support commercial leaders and key account teams with sales enablement tools including presentations, customer case studies, competitive research, and general market knowledge.
Lead the development, implementation, and performance measurement of multi-channel marketing programs to promote and grow the product line.
Assess the competitive landscape and develop value proposition and product positioning that differentiates Curia's offering in the market.
Drive the creation of high-impact content, including product and service line collateral, video, website, and social media content.
Create and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs tailored to improve team performance and drive revenue growth
Establish and monitor key performance indicators specific to key account management success (Win-Rates, Time-to-Close, Upsell/Cross-sell, Win/Loss Analysis)
Provide sales teams with essential materials such as product information, customer testimonials, and market insights that aid in closing deals
Manage sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and other marketing materials
Manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and effectively utilized by the sales team
Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing or related field
8+ years of marketing experience in the CDMO, pharmaceutical or biologics industries
Proven experience in strategic marketing, market research and project management
Track record of successfully managing high-performing, data-driven marketing campaigns
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives
