Razorfish is seeking a ACD Copywriter who is responsible for leading concept development and the translation and extension of concepts into effective design for interactive marketing, online campaigns, digital content, paid and organic social and
CRM
projects. Under the direction of a Creative Lead (CD), you will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You will be responsible for planning and executing portions of projects independently or in conjunction with junior creative staff or freelancers. You will be involved in new business projects. You work independently, with limited oversight from your manager.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an

Responsibilities
Experience with
and B2B deliverables
Supports and leads the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
Presents work internally as well as to our clients.
Responsible for leading Creative teams in the successful creation and production of art/design solutions
Follows creative direction of senior Creative staff and Account staff
Plans and directs many aspects of assigned projects, and serves as an integral member of the Creative team
Accountable for managing a team of Creative talent, and leading them in the development of creative work that is consistently sound, of excellent caliber, and acceptable to the client
Mentors and leads assigned Creative staff, and is available to critique their work
Manages many internal details of assigned projects, including finding and/or choosing photographers, working and coordinating with Production and Account staff
Leads the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas
Participates as a Creative team member in new-business development efforts
Works with appropriate account representative on all projects
Qualifications
Portfolio should include digital (social, mobile, web,
CRM ) work and campaign work
Must be conceptual/an idea person as well as hands on
Strong conceptual with a broad knowledge of digital experiences.
FinTech experience a plus
Minimum 7+ years' experience
Solid knowledge of steps required in creative development process: provides guidance to achieve creative direction; gives timely and helpful coaching; and produces all work in a timely, cost-effective manner
Good presentation skills
Good people-management and coaching skills
Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience
Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills

Compensation Range: $98,500 to $165,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
