The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption Consultant develops value generating solutions based on technologies, tools, algorithms and methods of the Data Science domain (i.e.
statistical modelling, machine learning and artificial intelligence).
They are responsible for the development of solutions from ideation over prototyping and production readiness to scaling them.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Contribution to the exploration, development, evaluation, and implementation of AI use cases, and translation of business opportunities and challenges into tangible AI applications.
Partial project responsibility in AI projects using agile and design thinking methods, from conception to realization.
Contribution to bridging between business units, functions, and technical teams to foster mutual understanding and alignment of AI capabilities and business requirements.
Responsible for communication and engagement initiatives that ensure organizational awareness and broad participation in the AI transformation.
Responsible for developing and conducting training and support initiatives to ensure user-friendly adoption and optimized utilization of AI solutions across various user groups within the organization.
Contribution to measuring, interpreting, and communicating the impacts of generative AI solutions in the context of relevant financial and operational metrics, to ensure transparency and insights into the value and performance of AI initiatives.
Responsible for thorough documentation of generative AI initiatives to maintain a repository that supports strategic planning and implementation of future AI endeavors.
Basic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism, Business Process Management, Computer Science, IT Management or a related field with 6+ years of relevant work experience; OR Master's degree with 4+ years' of relevant work; OR PhD with 2+ years' of relevant work experience
Extensive experience in the field of AI and related technologies
Experience working in an international environment with virtual teams
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD preferred

Ability to navigate a rapidly evolving technological landscape
Ability to translate business opportunities and challenges into actionable applications and strategies
Friendly and confident demeanor with the ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels
Core understand of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, LLMs, and related AI topics
Ability to craft compelling narratives that convey insights and engage stakeholders
Collaborative, team player mindset
Proven track record of quickly learning and applying knowledge to creatively solve problems
