HOURS: Days, 0700-1530
Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in an AMA approved school. Must be registered by the ARRT. Minimum of one year experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Position requires constant standing and walking for extended periods of time. Requires pushing, pulling, bending and stooping to lift patients and medium weight objects.
Assists the Cardiologist in the performance of a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac related procedures at a technical level; requiring independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. Assumes role of Control Booth Monitor, Panner or Scrubber as assigned. Assumes responsibility for patients well being during procedures.
This position is designated as a safety sensitive position. The essential duties of the job require the employee to work in a constant state of alertness in a safe manner. A lapse in attention to detail may constitute a threat to health or safety resulting in injury, illness, or death.
