ARMI Contractors is seeking a Pre-Production Leader to join their team located in the Fayetteville, AR area .

If you have 3 years or more of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment , ARMI Contractors want to hear from you! Experience in the sheet metal industry preferred.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee the scheduling, purchasing, nesting, and any additional pre-production roles.
The Leader of Pre-Production is responsible for ensuring that all elements necessary for the successful production of ARMI products are in place before the manufacturing phase begins.
The Pre-Production Leader plays a critical role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards in the early stages of production
Other duties assigned.
