The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive responsible for Point of Purchase (POP) Display solutions! In this role, you will engage with new clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure we meet and exceed revenue goals. Your commitment to understanding and delivering on client needs will be key.
This position comes with a competitive base salary and commission structure.
Your Impact at WestRock:
Utilize various resources to identify and cultivate sales leads, establishing enduring customer relationships as the primary contact.
Travel is part of the role; you may spend significant time visiting clients in your territory based on demand.
Deliver compelling presentations to both current and potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with clients to evaluate their marketing and promotional strategies.
Work alongside internal teams, including Design, Estimating, Project Management, Production, and Fulfillment, to successfully execute projects and orders.
Initiate required programs using WestRock's proprietary systems.
Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
Conduct regular store visits to assess product quality in the market and analyze promotional effectiveness.
Prepare detailed sales and activity reports, along with expense documentation.
What You Need to Succeed:
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in the Point of Purchase display industry or related sales field is highly valued.
A minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume sales environment.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate in front of groups.
A solid understanding of field concepts and the ability to leverage WestRock's capabilities to craft fitting customer solutions.
Competence in planning and achieving goals using your extensive experience and judgment.
