Zurich North America is seeking a

Americas Operations Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

to join our Group in North American, Stevens Point, WI.
In this role, the


supports the Zurich Travel business and owns the Travel Program of Work for the Americas Claims and Assistance Business Operations. This person will identify, assess, research, and resolve complex issues primarily related to needs of the Americas Claims and Assistance Business Operations program of work, with additional contributions to support Global Operations teams and the overall Global pipeline of work. This person will be responsible for managing the backlog of requests, leading requirement refinement session, peer reviewing junior business analyst requests. This person will also create a roadmap for efficiencies and improvements, reviewing and presenting to business unit leaders in the Americas and senior IT leadership as well as create process maps and requirements while collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the Americas Claims and Assistance Business Operations.
The Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner is responsible for:


the onboarding and support of the Americas Claims and Assistance Business Operations program of work
supporting the World Service Center and Claims and Assistance Business teams for the Americas.
requirements gathering, implementation, and communication of issues, compliance and regulatory policy and requests within the program of work.
facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
creating user stories.
defining acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team.
reviewing design and testing deliverables to ensure requirements are met.
recommending continuous improvement opportunities.
conducting training sessions with stakeholders and end users.
liasing with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met.
working with legal on any contractual requirements.
staying up to date on travel industry trends.
reporting issues upward to management.
managing issue tracking and resolution.
Basic Qualifications:


Experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile Methodology.
Knowledge of business analysis techniques and requirements tools.
Ability to present information for decision making purposes with little or no direction.
Be self-empowered and know when to escalate issues appropriately.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
Experience working in a multinational company with on and offshore resources
Familiarity with complex integrated systems.
Exceptional interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate and work with project team members and stakeholders located globally to ensure success of project.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:


Exceptional experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner within the Travel or Insurance industry preferred.
Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies. Knowledge of both preferred.
Experience in Travel Insurance Claims Operations preferred.
