Marketing Strategist

Vaco is assisting a client hire a Marketing Strategist to collaborate with sales and management while overseeing the marketing function, including managing a budget and building a team of employees and contractors to execute initiatives.
The Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in generating leads and filling vacancies across our office, retail and warehouse properties in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate leads for our commercial real estate properties.
Oversee content creation, digital campaigns and promotional activities by managing employees and contractors
Continuously identify, test and implement new lead generation methods and tools.
Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and adapt strategies based on data driven insights
Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors for outsourced marketing work
Manage the marketing budget effectively and report on ROI for campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Serve as a thought leader on the company's leadership team, driving the vision for marketing success.
Familiar with digital marketing tools, platforms and analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO)

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
