We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst 2 to collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and processes.
This role involves translating high-level needs into functional requirements and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews and workshops.
Document needs as user stories, use cases, process flows, and mock-ups.
Collaborate with project managers and QA teams for accurate implementation.
Create and maintain business process documentation.
Perform gap analysis and support process improvement.
Assist in project planning and change management.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4 years of business analysis experience.
Proficient in creating prototypes and process diagrams.
Familiar with Microsoft tools (SQL, Office, Azure, GIT).
Experience with Agile projects and conducting workshops.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
Experience in developing various requirement types.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
