CPA/Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled CPA or Accountant with a minimum of one year of tax experience to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks, UltraTax Suite of Products, Microsoft Word, and Excel. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong multi-tasking skills, and the capacity to manage high workloads, particularly during peak tax seasons.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist clients with comprehensive tax planning and compliance strategies.
• Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on various accounting and tax-related projects.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support to foster long-term relationships.
• Utilize QuickBooks and UltraTax Suite of Products for efficient accounting processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as necessary.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide required documentation.
• Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
CPA designation preferred; candidates pursuing CPA certification will also be considered.
A minimum of one year of relevant tax experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, UltraTax Suite of Products, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
