Crestwood Medical Center is located in Huntsville, AL which offers a variety of attractions, such as education, arts, nature or just pure entertainment. You can relax and take a hike outdoors or visit one of the numerous spas. If shopping is more your speed, there just isn't a better destination in North Alabama. When the sun sets, Huntsville's nightlife has the charm of a big city without any of the hassle.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiology technology program (required)
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification (required)
  • Minimum 1 experience working as a radiology technologist (preferred)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for obtaining Radiographic Images of diagnostic quality while adhering to departmental standards and protocols
  • Maintains a high quality standard of Imaging excellence in all areas of the radiology department
  • Collaborates with other professionals in and out of the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes
  • Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs
  • Operate x-ray machine according to established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Follow relevant safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
*The Radiologic Technologist may be required to cover inpatient or outpatient areas to include off site diagnostic locations*What We Offer:
