IBCS SW OSM Product Owner

We are looking for an IBCS Software (SW) OSM Product Owner (PO) to join our team in supporting the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) AMD MC Product Office.

The IBCS SW OSM Product Owner will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office.

Your day-to-day work will include:

Reviewing/understanding Systems Engineering concepts/designs/algorithms.
Working with Program Management to set priorities for new capabilities and defects.
Providing guidance to the OSM team for each Program Increment (PI) and Sprint.
Supporting the team in the development of acceptance criteria for OSM tasks and stories, as well as being responsible for the verification of work performed by the OSM team.
Working with the Cyber team to maintain a suitable cyber posture for deployed OS products.
Technical briefings, demonstrations, and advisement to leadership.
Reporting on status; recommended courses of actions, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.
At a minimum you should have the following: Active Secret security clearance.
A bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
A good understanding of operating systems concepts including: Windows and RHEL update/patching requirements.
Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation.
Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning/risk assessment.
Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert/Management (IAVA/IAVM) processes.

Ability to work directly with the Agile software developers to meet deadlines and program objectives.
Fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset.
You will be highly desirable if you have: Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.
Ability to "move out" and champion your ideas, architectures, designs, enthusiasm; independent critical thinking; and a team attitude are very important.
Experience in JIRA/Confluence.
Security + and Linux experience.
Possess an Agilist Certification.

Estimated Salary Range : $120,000 - $145,000

The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
