Project Administrator

Do you have a passion for organization, supporting cross-functional teams, and bringing structure to fast-paced projects? As the Project Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our Project Management Office (PMO), managing a variety of administrative tasks that keep our projects on track and aligned with Credit Union standards. From scheduling meetings and maintaining essential project documents to tracking budgets and keeping team members informed, your role will be central to ensuring project efficiency and accuracy. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a drive to meet deadlines, multi-task, and stay organized.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the PMO with projects across the full lifecycle, following project management best practices.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, keeping agendas and minutes documented.
Track and monitor project budgets, expenditures, and timelines.
Document and distribute meeting minutes to ensure clear communication.
Collaborate with team members on project presentations.
Support goal setting and motivate project teams to stay on track and meet project milestones.
Provide ongoing updates, feedback, and reports to team members, stakeholders, and the senior management team.
Maintain awareness of innovative technologies to enhance project quality, efficiency, and alignment with Credit Union goals.
Foster a service-oriented approach, enhancing member service and experience while creating partnerships across the organization.
Comply with Federal and State laws, regulations, and Credit Union standards, including adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC.
What You Bring to the Team:

Experience:

Minimum of two years in project administration, business analysis, or continuous service improvement. Prior experience in project administration or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of software implementations, system conversions, or similar projects will be advantageous.
Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
Skills:

Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Problem-solving abilities at both strategic and operational levels.
