At Regions, the Business Transformation Effectiveness and Change Management Manager is responsible for establishing best-in-class program governance and an effective change management framework for large, enterprise-wide efforts. This position leads teams that create, maintain, and improve disciplines, practices, resources, and tools utilized across all transformational efforts impacting the enterprise. This position will be a key change agent in our efforts to define, drive, and monitor our business led, technology enabled enterprise transformation efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops and improves processes, policies, systems, tools, and resources related to enterprise program management and ensures adherence to program guidelines

• Partners with key stakeholders throughout the enterprise to maintain and improve the change management framework established, including ensuring sound methods, standards, and guidance are in place to support leaders and associates in executing integration of change management principles within key initiatives

• Defines, develops, and manages the overall program schedule, risks, and dependencies to ensure that work is assigned, tracked, and completed on time and within budget, including managing multi-year, multi-level roadmaps and critical path views across identified programs of work

• Provides internal consultant direction/guidance to business leaders and project management teams across the organization to improve consistency and efficiency of execution related to the transformation efforts

• Identifies and analyzes quantitative data to assess program health and performance, and to define and implement actions to positively impact execution and performance

• Designs and establishes the transformation change management framework, tools, and playbooks with a repeatable method to mature initiatives and achieve sustainable success

• Facilitates culture change through ongoing communications to partners and stakeholders reinforcing example and updating team and stakeholders on progress on key strategic priorities and initiatives

• Provides guidance and oversight to a team of Change Management and Integrated Planning resources to ensure metrics, reporting, and analysis are providing business value and continuous improvement

• Creates strategic focus on business readiness for transformation that identifies readiness gaps and improves stakeholder experience, aiding in strategic planning and business prioritization of transformation projects

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Twelve (12) years of experience in business and financial analysis

• Five (5) years of project management experience

• Five (5) years' experience leading and developing a team.

• Demonstrated experience across enterprise businesses

• Agile experience

Preferences

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field

• Eight (8) years of experience in organizational development, change management, organizational effectiveness initiatives

• Seven (7) years of banking or financial services experience

• Business writing / RFP experience

• Agile certification(s)

• Change management certification(s)

• Project management certification(s)

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
