Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a National Account Manager on behalf of our client, who designs and manufactures refrigeration units for food retailers.
The National Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales, developing key national accounts, and expanding market share.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, this role will focus on building relationships within key accounts, increasing corporate branding, and fostering business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales development within assigned key national accounts.
Maintain and expand corporate branding relationships within national accounts.
Focus on increasing sales through targeted strategies and client relationships.
Market the company's products via strategic travel, trade shows, and other initiatives.
Develop additional market share by converting competitor clients and expanding within each brand.
Report weekly activity to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, tracking how efforts align with goals.
Collaborate with senior management to improve customer service levels and the overall customer experience.
Work with the VP of Business Development on maximizing RFI, RFP, and RFQ opportunities.
Resolve project deficiencies by analyzing issues and communicating action plans to clients.
Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting based on market trends and sales pipeline.
Support new product developments by acting as a liaison between the development team and customers.
Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements Include:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in grocery/retail or convenience store sectors.
Experience managing national accounts or relevant industry experience.
Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with professional discretion.

Additional Information:
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with frequent travel (50%!o(MISSING)r as needed) to clients, partners, trade shows, and internal facilities.
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing.
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 50%!t(MISSING)ravel required for client visits, trade shows, and internal meetings.
