As an Equipment Operator Foreman, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator Foreman , you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.

Responsibilities In addition, you will:
Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair and maintain projects Work in outdoor utility construction sites Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment Operate backhoes, dozer, cable plow, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery.
Manage all aspects of job-site construction Qualifications About You:
Safety is a part of your day to day You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are looking for long term projects You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team You know the telecom construction industry Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.
MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position Hard work pays off.
