COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for the position of Professional Counselor (LPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Clinician I:
- Hiring Range: $64,106.95 to $85,475.93
- Pay Range: $64,106.95 to $96,160.42
Clinician II:
- Hiring Range: $73,396.04 to $97,861.39
- Pay Range: $73,396.04 to $110,094.06
Relocation assistance: up to $20,000, negotiable per needs
Signing bonus: 10% of salary, negotiable
Retention bonus: 10% of annual salary at the 2-year mark
Student Loan Repayment options available
Guaranteed annual base increase: up to 5% based on inflation
Educational reimbursement program
Vacation time: bank up to 400 hours, carryover or paid out annually
Wellness program: 1 day per week for gym access
On-site childcare available

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

Our outpatient treatment program provides integrated substance use and behavioral health services to individuals aged 18 and older and their families facing addiction challenges. Our dedicated care teams are committed to supporting individuals on their healing journeys, assisting them in creating customized plans for healthier living.
We offer a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for opioid use disorder using buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade) and naltrexone, as well as for alcohol and tobacco use disorders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Clinician I: Must have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work; or a PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. You must also achieve Alaska Clinical Licensure in your designated field within four years of hire.
Clinician II: Must meet all requirements for Clinician I, and have two years of supervised clinical work experience for master's level Behavioral Health, or two years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; or demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I.
