Administrative/Medical Specialist
WJM Professionals is recruiting individuals with medical/administrative experience to provide support in the clinic or scheduling department at Fairchild AFB, in Spokane, WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with patient check-in/out and verify documents for correct information.
Provide overall support to the facility including administrative support, scheduling, medical records maintenance, and answering, screening, and routing telephone calls. Assist with insurance information.
Receives, locates, and stores medical records.
Prints diagnostic reports.
Assists in routing patient charts for review.
Attaches required supplementary documentation and any other applicable documents to the patient's file.
Performs end-of-day Computer-based Patient Record processing.
REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of general medical ethics, health records administration, and telephone etiquette,
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Possess a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
At least one year of experience performing administrative duties.
Possess CPR or agree to obtain.
