Provides administrative support to Management personnel.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct to the appropriate area or person.
Arrange travel for leadership team as requested.
File and maintain company records.
Order office supplies.
Organize meetings including reserving meeting space, ordering food, etc.
Assist with maintaining distribution lists.
Coordinate weekly town hall meetings as needed.
Open and distribute mail.
Update and maintain data files as requested.
Assist with expense reports.
Help with onboarding new hires - office badging, I-9s, scanning documents, computer equipment, office setup
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's applicable insurance policies.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
Read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
