Summary of Job Duties:The Administrative Analyst will report to the Assistant Business Manager of Parking Operations. The Administrative Analyst will provide excellent customer service in the Parking Office assisting customers at the window, via telephone and email communication. The Administrative Analyst will also be over the parking billing for parking fees and be responsible for the daily cash and credit card reconciliation. This includes monitoring cash levels in pay stations and refilling as needed, monitoring and reconciling credit card transactions and all reporting requirements. The Administrative Analyst will assist the Business manager with the campus parking assignments.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma (GED) plus four (4) years of administrative business experience.
License Requirements:
ACIC / NCIS Certified - must complete 30 days within hire date
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
