Accounting Supervisor - Bonus - Profit Sharing

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a large publicly traded manufacturer in Brownsburg looking for an Accounting Supervisor. This role will have a focus on internal controls, will report to the Controller, and will supervise 3-4 within accounting. Large public audit, a CPA, and manufacturing experience will be key here.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure SOX Controls
• Financial Reporting
• Ensure GAAP Compliance
• Oversee 3-4 within Accounting and their Daily Operations
• Liaise with Auditors
• Assistance with Month/Year End
• Identify Process Improvements
• Assistance with Budgeting
Qualifications:
• 5+ years' progressive accounting experience, ideally in public accounting/manufacturing environment
• Foundation in Big 4
• Active CPA
• Supervisory experience
• Bachelors in Accounting
