Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Account Executive to join our dynamic team at TechniPower. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving targets within the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and uphold client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty in fulfilling their staffing needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, lead generation, and client referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet client requirements and resolve staffing challenges.
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation in the staffing industry.
Qualifications
Demonstrated track record in sales and key account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with clients and candidates.
Effective negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals and contracts.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic in the sales environment.
Day-to-day
Engage with clients to understand their staffing requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and enhance the sales process.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM/ATS system
