We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or GED.
Experience with ABA therapy or working with kids with special needs is a bonus but not essential-just bring your enthusiasm!
RBT certification preferred; if you're not certified, a 40-hour ABA course is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role.
A willingness to get In-Person First Aid/CPR certified and obtain an AZ fingerprint card.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
