4532r - RN/Registered Nurse Med/Surge

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting. This position requires utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal patient care in accordance with the highest professional standards. The role is full-time, working night shifts, with opportunities for professional development and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care according to established nursing protocols and standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Perform assessments, create care plans, and administer treatments as required.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families to enhance understanding and involvement in care.
Must Haves:

Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school.
Arizona Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
At least 1 year of experience as a Med/Surge RN.
Nice to Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
3 years of experience as a Med/Surge RN.

Fort Mohave, Arizona

Salary:

$72,000-$94,000

$20,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.
