Duties:
The Trust Experience and Analytics team is looking for a data analyst with a strong delivery record of working with several data sources for identifying, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting trends for solving high priority business problems.
In this role, you will be working within a cross functional team of highly technical stakeholders to drive impactful results for the company and be involved in the end-to-end project lifecycle right from problem definition to creating dashboards for sharing insights.
You will:
Partner with the business to understand the organization and its goals in order to ensure prioritization of highest impact initiatives.
Define, create and visualize metrics for problem definition for tracking project success/workstream health.
Collaborate with technical owners to deliver on impactful insights.
Create dashboards for weekly reporting.
Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders, keeping them and their teams engaged in the project.
Skills:
Requirements:
3+ years of data science, data analytics, or business intelligence experience.
Strong understanding of SQL.
Experience conducting data analysis in Python.
Experience building clear and easy to understand dashboards and presentations.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to cross functional partners of varying technical levels.
Ability to define relevant metrics that can guide and influence stakeholders to appropriate and accurate insights.
Pluses:
Prior experience at a major tech company and/or in management consulting.
Familiarity with Superset.
Familiarity with running weblab experiments, efficacy studies, or product validation tests.
Familiarity with machine learning basics.
Familiarity with the company's infrastructure, including Airflow, Presto SQL, and Hive SQL.
Experience creating and maintaining data pipelines.
Experience supporting engineering product work.
Education:
Minimum: BS/BA in CS or related field (or self-taught/ equivalent work experience).
Preferred: MS/MA in CS or related field.
The hiring range for this position is $75 to $82 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
