We are looking for a

Maintenance Technician I

to join our

Lebanon, TN

team. In this role, you'll work to maintain machinery to ensure safety and productivity in the workplace. In our collaborative and team-oriented environment, your ability to diagnose and spearhead improvements will help us all reach our safety and productivity goals.

Address: 625 Maddox Simpson Parkway Lebanon, Tennessee
This shift is scheduled for 5AM-3:30PM Wednesday- Saturday
What You'll Be Doing

Ensure Department Safety.

Responsible for following all safety guidelines. With a strong emphasis on: Lock-out Tag-out, Fall protection, and OSHA compliance. Detect safety hazards and plan/organize safe solutions.
Maintain Knowledge of Equipment.

Obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) licenses to operate all PIV equipment associated with the warehouse within 90 days of employment.
Perform Repairs and Ground Maintenance.

Ensure all equipment and building areas are clean and fully operable.
Develop Partnerships.

Ability to build relationships to connect with vendors and DC leader. Maintain a customer service mindset.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!

1-3 years of previous facilities maintenance or maintenance technician experience preferred
Mechanical and general building maintenance skills, required.
Basic working knowledge and preventative of mechanical and electrical systems, required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required
