Who You Are
• - 10yrs+ Experienced Manager:
10yrs+ of logistic management experience with proven track record of warehouse and transport management work with trading business with large number of SKUs (>3,000), various storage temperature and storing conditions of different hazard classes of chemicals.
• Charismatic Leader with high skill in change management:
You think long term and communicate your vision as well as the path to execution to subordinates to follow and implement new initiatives willingly. You can reduce resistance to change and persuade subordinates to strive for their best, not just being mediocre. You have abilities to establish collaborative, innovative and goal-oriented work environment
• Hands-on and Initiator:
You are willing to roll-up your sleeves to work together with front line staff. You love to re-engineer workflow process, set-up procedures, train and coach others. You ensure that PDCA is constantly rolling.
• Well-versed in WMS/ ERP implementation:
You can plan and implement new operation improvement process smoothly with strong logic of designing efficient workflow. Must have experience or proved track record as implementer, not just user, in setting up new warehouse or plan and implement WMS/ERP successfully.
• Analytical & Expert in Excel:
able to develop template, dashboard, reports to keep track of all warehouse & transportation work. You have strong analytical skills, and work with a high degree of accuracy. Use data to work smarter not harder. Report to:

You will be working primarily at our Warehouse site, Soi.Kingkaew 3/1, Bangplee Samuprakan and have to travel occasionally to our HQ at Italthai tower, New Petchburi road for assigned meetings.

• - Thai National 35 - 45 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in handling hazardous chemicals logistic and cold chain operation is preferable.
• Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse management software.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
• Strong planning skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven decision making mentality, fast learner and 'can-do' attitude.

• We are a small team of 50 people in a company at the moment but aiming to reach 70 people within 2 years. You will be part of management team needed to conduct digital transformation for warehouse that has been used small accounting SME software with lots of manual work to be digitalized. You would need to create a lot of things (SOPs, P&P, all Logistic related structure and systems and design new workflows) and definitely need to work hard. However, you have a great opportunity to fully utilize your creativity, form the team and implement it till realization, create meaningful work and really prove on what you've got.

Role & Responsibilities
• - Lead and give advice at an expert level on all things related to warehousing/logistics/supply chain and transportation.
• Set policies and strategic plans to accelerate business growth in Thailand. Develop and improve processes continuously, control quality and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control and reduce loss in process to minimum.
• Manage warehouse and transportation costing to be within agreed target. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor logistic processes to ensure they follow compliance with laws and regulations of storing and transporting hazardous chemicals and Dangerous Goods (DG products).
• Work closely with internal and external concerned parties to improve service level and execute daily operation
• Create, Check and supervise KPI, agreement and self-assessment for Transportation & Warehouse section.
• Manage and see through to completion ad hoc requests - cycle counts, same day delivery, emergency receipts, quality check.
• Manage and develop the team including outsource service providers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiently of the products flow from product receiving until distribution to meet the expectation of the long-term growth and strategic development of the company.
• Plan and manage the planning, selection and implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
• Support the renegotiation of our main contract and ongoing contract management - Other responsibilities as per assigned
