• New & Repeat Sales* - Even though the _Invisablend® Micro Strand _technology last an average of 3 - 4 years most clients order additional Micro Strand® hair processes about every one to two years so you have the opportunity for existing clients to purchase additional hair processes from you.
• Job Title: Sales-Consultant. Instead of being a 'Salesperson' this position offers you to become a*

'Invisablend Consultant', performing Consultive-Selling. This means you are looked upon and felt upon as NOT trying to 'Sell' a prospect, but instead you are an advisor/consultant. People/prospect then feel that you care and are not trying to just sell your product. Technically you need to care, and you need to ask questions, advise and be helpful, and then to find who is a fit for our products.
• Product & Service you will be offering*:
1- Invisablend® with its Micro Strand® technology & inventionfor people with hair loss that want fuller hair while keeping their own hair safe & growing. For women and men (mostly women)

2- Revolutionary product & service. Due to our Micro Strand® invention Invisablend offers the ONLY method of making hair fuller for ANY hair situation that keeps all the client's existing hair safe & growing, while utilizing all their existing hair.

3- Micro Strand® invention: a) A thread or filament as fine in diameter as one single human hair. b) This filament (the Micro Strand®) is 10X stronger than a human hair. c) Plus, it's translucent so upon contact of the scalp it disappears. d) These Micro Strand® filaments are networked together forming a type of web with diamond shaped openings. Videos below show what this is and how it works.

e) The Micro Strand® _(a sort of web with diamond openings)_ and their openings are individually customized with different size millimeter openings from a 20 millimeter down to a one millimeter openings - depending on the degree of thinness per each area of the client's head. f) These openings are mixed according to the degree of thinness per each area. g) Using a microscopic tip apparatus - ONE human hair at a time is fed onto these Micro

Strands which then replicate the same way hair grows out of the human scalp. h) After a Micro Strand® is customized for each individual and then blended in-between the client's existing hair or even bald areas - the client will see and feel NOTHING but their own hair and scalp - all while keeping their own existing hair (and scalp) perfectly healthy.
