• THE POSITION*

The Role of the Integrated Health Management Manager (IHM) is to support the development, implementation and execution of the go-to-market model and strategy for Integrated Health Management Solutions for Thailand in alignment and collaboration with the ROPU IHM Lead. This role draws upon deep knowledge of integrated health solutions and diagnostics in the livestock segment as well as understanding and experience in swine production systems. The role is a key interface between Strategic Business Units, Diagnostics and Monitoring, Digital strategy and the Thailand and ROPU teams. The role feeds back the OPU perspective to influence the regional integrated health management strategy through advisory loops which are critical to the success of integrated health management solutions in Thailand.
• TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES*

The Thailand Integrated Health Manager is accountable for translating the regional strategy into tailored local go-to-market models in the OPU. The role will be accountable for developing local market and channel strategies.

The role supports the Business Segment Head Large Animals/Swine by ensuring that the Integrated Health Management solutions are fully integrated with the core vaccines business for the OPU resulting in a customer focused offering.

The role is responsible for the development of capabilities in Thailand to become the experts in the field of Integrated Health Management and use data resources to drive customers satisfaction for desired business results.

The role is accountable for managing the business planning, LTF and OPEX requirements for the Integrated Health Management portfolio and ultimately responsible for the full P&L for Integrated Health Management Solutions for the OPU.

The role is responsible for exchange of information and alignment with SBU, global, regional and local IHM counterparts.
• REQUIREMENTS*:
• Degree in Engineering/Animal Husbandry/DVM or related fields.
• Capability to understand new digital technologies and how these can be applied to our Integrated Health Management platforms.
• Passion on Digital machine / future trend / innovation.
• Project Management Skills
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to lead complex operational and strategic projects across functions, regions and countries.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Show agility with a proven ability to develop and evolve strategic and technical elements based on research data and industry trends.
