The Office Manager will be the main point of contact for the Thailand office and will liaise with the US Headquarters. The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the office, quality, safety and regulatory compliance of the facility, managing the Company's HR and administrative functions, overseeing the performance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring workplace efficiency, supporting general business operations as well as financial reporting systems to achieve the Company's goals.
• Responsibilities*:
• Manage all aspects of the Company's office facility and its operations
• Oversee all clerical and administrative activities
• Handle full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection process, testing and interviewing programs, training and development programs, employee welfare, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals
• Implement HR policies and practices on a variety of workplace and employee-related issues
• Issue all types of organizational announcements and employee-related letters
• Responsible for records management and filing systems
• Review attendance and overtime reports for payroll processing
• Maintain office condition and arrange maintenance and repairs
• Manage office supply requisitions, agreements, contracts and price negotiations with service providers as well as insurances and leases
• Manage office IT infrastructure
• Prepare minutes of AGM/EGM and resolutions for any company changes along with associated registration forms and documents to be filed with the Ministry of Commerce
• Assist with legal matters, conduct research, provide general advice and proposal, liaise with legal attorney
• Support financial reporting systems and intercompany transactions
• Serve as the primary contact with government agencies and direct the preparation of information required according to existing reporting requirements
• Create presentations and other management-level reports
• Ensure EHS compliance, review and update health and safety policies
• Serve as the Company's Safety Officer (Management Level) and provide safety communication and training
• Serve as the Company's Quality Management Representative (QMR) and support management to achieve customer and 3rd party audits and inspections
• Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, ensure Quality Management System processes of the organization are established, implemented and maintained as well as quality procedures and work instructions are effectively documented and communicated
• Conduct Internal Audit, Corrective and Preventive Action, Management Review (e.g. customer feedback and customer satisfaction survey, supplier evaluation)
• Assist General Manager on occasional ad-hoc projects including preparation and submission of bids and proposals, commercial and technical clarification, manufacturing schedule and data record, monthly progress report
• Assist General Manager on review of material requisitions and purchase specifications, purchase contracts, project requirements, instructions and procedures
• Support the Company's registration in the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and Approved Manufacturer List (AML)
• Organize company events and conferences, in-house and off-site activities
• Coordinate schedules, travel appointments as neededคุณสมบัติ

• *Work Experience*:At least 5 years' experience in managing an office and 3 years' experience in an HR function
• Skill Requirements*:
• Fluent command of English and Thai both written and spoken
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.
• Strong managerial, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly motivated, hands on, proactive and able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Knowledge of HR and administrative management practices and procedures
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Knowledge of business law in general
• Working Hours*:Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 17.30 pm*Location*:Rayong, Thailand
