*In this position you will. *
• win significant new partners to achieve targeted revenue growth across mobile partners. You will also be responsible for leading, energizing, and expanding our Business Development teams in the telco channel across South-East Asia.

As a digitally native leader you will have had demonstratable success in selling new products and providing innovative platforms while having the ability to develop, implement and execute a clear strategy to align desired markets with channels and products in the South-East Asian markets.
• You will be responsible for*
• Creating and delivering a successful Hunting and Farming strategy for the telco channel. Providing a path to profitable growth and sustainability over short, medium, and longer terms.
• Driving significant revenue and profit to achieve desired growth plans.
• Align product and telco channel to the customers' needs.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities that meet our customers' needs.
• Collaborate with all lines of business to develop a cohesive new business strategy across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Ensure marketing initiatives improve the brand recognition as a mechanism to drive sales with telco partners and bolttech's reputation.
• Improve business strategy and effectiveness through timely market reviews and new business initiative feedback to management.
• Collaborate with Key Account management teams for the telco channel to proactively upsell value added programs.
• Lead cross functional bid teams
• Leverage Telco Business Intelligence data to implement growth action plans for existing accounts.
• Assist country BD heads in the formation of Mutual Telco Business Plans
• Prepare Telco needs analysis requirements for the product team.

• You will require the following qualifications and skills*
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sales and partnerships development, selling device protection or similar value add services into a telco.
• Strong existing network across South East Asia markets, and a proven ability to generate leads and ability to build qualified BD pipelines.
• The ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to set up accounts and proactively look for opportunities to upsell.
• Proven success in the development and presentation of sales proposals, strategic services solutions, and success in closing complex technical sales.
• Strong communication, listening and analytical skills in English, advanced Asian language skills also welcomed.
• Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via VC.
• A metrics driven mindset to targets with an ownership mentality.
• An entrepreneurial mindset that enables you find solutions and win.
• A solid professional business development background across Asia.
• Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand, with the end goal of customer satisfaction and positive revenue generation.
