The *_Integrated Supply Chain Technician Level 3 is responsible for supporting and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain process, including inventory management_*, *_logistics coordination, and data analysis_*. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate flow of goods, timely delivery, and effective inventory control. The ISC Technician Level 3 possesses advanced knowledge and experience in supply chain operations and plays a key role in driving process improvements and resolving complex issues.
• Key Responsibilities*:
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze demand patterns, sales forecasts, and historical data to optimize inventory planning and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Identify and implement initiatives to reduce excess or obsolete inventory and improve inventory turnover.
• Utilize inventory management systems and software to track, manage, and analyze inventory data.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and efficient transportation.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
• Track shipments, monitor transportation costs, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Optimize logistics processes, such as route planning, carrier selection, and transportation mode analysis, to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements for international and domestic shipments.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, transportation costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure and monitor supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and customer service levels.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and service enhancements.
• Present analysis findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization within the supply chain function.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives, such as lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Identify and resolve complex supply chain issues or bottlenecks, utilizing problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve quality issues, and improve supplier performance.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, delivery commitments, and contractual agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost and service levels.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to identify alternative suppliers and develop contingency plans.Top of Form
• MUST HAVE*:
• High School or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ISC Technician Level 2
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording experimental data.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Thai and English languages for effective communication.
