The Regional Project Development Manager (RPDM)will strategically be driving the business development, technical support todifferent country client / sale / account managers; develop a pipeline thatwill include defined strategies to retain/grow existing and acquire newaccounts to achieve greater market share with the region through internalaccount managers.

• Developand implement sales strategy for various service lines within Steam turbine& Generator business area
• Collaboratewith country sales team to drive early engagement and a clear win strategy
• EnsureSE is favorably positioned to win before firm or detailed RFQ stage
• Supportin structuring the project in terms of partner and technology selection
• Supportingthe team in clarification, negotiations until contract closure
• Supportcountry sales in preparing budgetary quotations by clearly articulating SEvalue proposition vs the competition
• Developnew growth areas beyond our conventional product offers in the oil & gasand Energy market to increase the business opportunities and pipeline of SE
• Steerthe organization from product to solution-based offer by developing aprocess/solution-driven mindset in the team
• Demonstratednegotiating skills, conflict management skills, sense of accountability, andhave the ability to work though others required. Possess persuasivepresentation and effective communication skills-both verbal andwritten-across cultures required
• Willingnessand ability to travel 50% of the time, both domestically and internationallyrequired.

• What You Bring*
• Bachelor of Science inEngineering required with minimum 10 years of experience in Energy industry andat least 7 years in sales/business development role preferably with steamturbine knowledge
• Technically sound onSteam turbine and generator products
• Strong commercial andtechnical acumen, with experience in scouting and developing deals
• Winning personality,able to listen and understand stakeholder's views, able to communicate clearlyto various audiences
• RPDM is working inclose collaboration with the country Sales team, Commercial team, Proposalteams and other functions

We drive STG service business for AsiaPacific and support other business areas as and when required to promoteSiemens Energy projects/ service in market. The team have a lot of interfaces,but key interfaces are with PCCs, finance, commercial & PM teams.
