Seeking a *Senior UX/UI Designer* in Bangkok to advance our design offerings and implement strategic direction. You'll need exceptional design skills, a strong grasp of user-centered principles, and the ability to lead projects and build a high-performing team. Experience in all UX design phases and technical expertise for innovation is essential. Join us to shape the future of digital experiences and contribute to our growth and positive impact.
• RESPONSIBILITIES*:
• Oversee the full spectrum of design, development challenges, and user experience of a product from conception to launch
• Take part in the presales process, you qualify leads, write proposals, and convince clients
• Drive the strategic direction for products and client engagements, helping clients achieve their business objectives
• Drive user experience audits, reviews and heuristic evaluations
• Instruct, support and mentor the design team, empowering them to produce
• Facilitate Design Thinking workshops and lead Design Sprints
• Clearly articulate design concepts and present strategy and solutions to C-level clients
• Understand product definition and user interface design requirements
• Lead sketching sessions. Strong understanding of design research methodologies
• Create detailed wireframes along with defining interaction specifications and build prototypes
• REQUIREMENTS*:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Architecture, Human Computer Interaction, Instructional or Graphic Design, related field.
• You are experienced in the field of UX/UI in recruiting, leading and mentoring a design team.
• You have a strong understanding of technical feasibility
• You have good knowledge of design and prototyping tools
• You have experience in agile development processes
• You have an entrepreneurial/wild spirit combined with corporate know-how
• You have outstanding communication skills, able to design and run workshops
• You have a great sense of humor, fun to work with and a digital guru!
