AsRegional Governance Manager Asia Pacific you are the Regional expert, thatensures in the daily business the operational adherence to policy andregulations to all countries in the APAC hub level. To do so, you are closely working with thebusinesses and monitoring their activities and also reflecting the same with yourglobal and regional partners.

• Keep up to date withexternal and internal governance regulations & standards and translate theminto different local procurement policies in the Hub and regulations for Directand Indirect Material
• Introduceand implement global governance policies in APAC countries to ensure thecompany is compliant
• Developa lean control system which watches over the meeting of Governance requirements
• Assesscompliance risks arising from local supply chain
• Compilereports of policy or regulatory breaches on country and hub level
• Actas regional/local process owner for the adoption of global processes, methods,and tools

(e.g. ARIBA) which will be rolled out inall countries in ASP
• Becomea trusted advisor within Siemens Energy and ensure awareness in theorganization for example through mandatory and optional training schemes
• Contributeto international change projects
• WhatYou Bring*
• Asound bachelor's degree in business administration in business administration,engineering, law or equivalent
• Morethan 5 years governance management expertise ideally in procurement
• Strongexperience ideally in some of the following areas:
• Globalgovernance policies and local specifications of Asian Pacific market

Procurement methods andtools

Outstanding analyticaland commercial skills, as well as process knowledge of global organizations
• Effectiveproject management and conflict resolution skills
• Goodportion of self-confidence, strong communication skills and social aptitude
• Feelingfor the 'right tone' for communicating across all levels of organization
• Greatcontract and legal knowledge
• Fluentin English (both written and spoken)
