• About the Role*

The role's main purpose is to create new Web3 products and integrate them into the Ampverse ecosystem, as well as lead and support Web3-related projects at Ampverse. Credible Web3 knowledge, but also a corporate understanding are crucial to be successful. This role reports directly to the Head of Web3.
• Responsibilities*:
• Research and analyze the newest trends in the Web3 and Gaming space. Understand the Market Ampverse is already in or going to enter.
• Stay updated about the Ampverse ecosystem, and understand strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, while preparing for the threats.
• The Blockchain space is offering grants for product builders and companies like Ampverse. Stay always up to date about grants and build relationships to grant givers.
• Develop product ideas based on your research and lead that product to success as the designated project lead considering the internal resources of Ampverse, but also the opportunities of third-party grants.
• Write grant proposals, product briefs, business plans, lite papers, and white papers.
• Develop product-related and suitable tokenomics and NFT structures.
• Build product-related Web3 communities and audiences.
• Prepare if necessary for token launches and lead the process.
• Lead, support, and consult different Web3-related projects at Ampverse e.g. regional Nft drops or content series.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by superior or management around Web3, product building, and project leading
• Requirements*:
• A decent Web3 journey and track record.
• Established contacts in the Web3 space.
• Experience in DAO and community building. Contributing to DAOs and Web3 projects.
• Proven track record in launching Web3 products.
• Entrepreneurial and project leader experience.
• Skills in writing grant proposals, product briefs, business plans, lite papers, and white papers.
• Advanced understanding of the Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and Hi-Tech in general.
• A network of relationships/contact, and the ability to create and validate work in the Web3 space and effectively communicate within Ampverse and to clients.
• Previous successes in scaling relevant Web3 product development teams as a key leader.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
